Due to the high value of our products, all our shipments are fully insured and our logistics partner will contact you on the date of delivery to ensure that the products are delivered safely.
We make our best efforts to deliver your order within the estimated timelines. In certain cases, we may take longer to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure it.
Orders will deliver within 10 - 14 business days. In certain cases, a slight delay might be caused due to pandemic situations (outbreak of Covid-19), government interventions, or any natural disasters.
Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a guide and begin from the date of dispatch.

Delivery will be done only in pan India. Please check if we deliver to your pin code/city by entering your item in the product page/shopping/cart checkout page. If there is no courier service available in your area, please contact us at contactoceansapphire@gmail.com
Once your order is shipped from our office, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information. You can use your order number to find updated tracking information by visiting the "My Orders" page. Please note you will not get tracking information until your order is processed and shipped, please allow for additional processing time due to extra safety precautions around the Covid-19 pandemic situation.
Return Policy
Ocean sapphire will gladly accept all unworn and unused pieces 7 days from the delivery date. We will arrange for a pickup from your address.
All return shipments are assigned by Ocean sapphire. We will not be responsible for any returns that are not assigned by us.
In case of a Return, we will refund the original amount paid by the customer at the time of placing the order, to the recipient’s bank account.
In case of an Exchange, we will issue a gift card for the amount paid at the time of placing an order.
The amount will not vary with any fluctuations in price on the website.
All pieces are to be returned in their original packaging which includes our brand-named box (Ocean Sapphire), Jewellery Pouch & Care Instructions. Failure to do so will have direct implications on the acceptance of the return.
All returns are subject to a Reverse Shipping Fee of ₹750/- INR on all return/exchange orders, as our products are handcrafted in 18 &14 karat gold and are carefully transported by our trusted logistics partners to ensure optimal safety.
In case of returning the product due to an inconvenience caused from our end (any damage in transit), our team will inspect the piece in the delivery section and refund the reverse shipping fee to your account.
A refund will be initiated via bank transfer once the order has been received and inspected by our team (Ocean sapphire) to ensure all pieces are in their original packaging and perfect condition. Once the return has been accepted, the refund will be processed within 7 - 14 business days. Refund timelines may vary depending on the bank.
Ocean sapphire reserves all rights to decline a return and refund if the pieces show signs of tampering or fail to pass the inspection.
Ocean sapphire does not accept any returns/exchanges 7 days after the date of delivery.
All Special Orders and custom pieces are finalized, and cannot be returned since they are made specifically for you.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is valid within 24 hours from the time of placing an order.
The refund will be initiated once the order has been canceled.
Please allow 7-14 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
In case of payment via UPI, Credit, or Debit card, please email us from your registered email address to contactoceansapphire@gmail.com with your bank account details for the refund.
