At Ocean Sapphire, every piece is crafted and delivered with care. If you'd like to exchange your purchase, please review the terms below.

Exchange Window

Exchanges can be initiated within 7 days of delivery. To request an exchange, email us at contact@oceansapphire.com with your order details.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original Ocean Sapphire signature box along with all authenticity certificates and tags intact. Personalized or custom-made jewellery is not eligible for exchange.

Process

Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup and share instructions via email. After the item is received and passes quality inspection, your exchange will be processed within 2–5 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email clear photos to contact@oceansapphire.com within 48 hours of delivery. Ocean Sapphire covers manufacturing defects under warranty.

Stock & Credits

All exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued for the product value.

Important Notes

  • Exchanges are allowed only once per order.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Pickup is available at select pin codes. Self-shipping may be requested for non-serviceable locations.
