Ocean Sapphire offers hassle-free returns and upgrades. Policies differ slightly between gold jewellery with natural/mined diamonds and laboratory-grown diamonds. Please read carefully before initiating a return or upgrade.
1. 7-Day Return Coverage
A 7-day return window is available from the date of delivery for both categories.
Gold Jewellery studded with / Mined Diamonds
Deductions:
- Discounts on metal & stone value will be deducted from current market value
- 100% making charges & GST will be deducted
Note: Personalized/custom products are not eligible for return.
Laboratory Grown Diamonds
Deductions:
- Discounts on stone value will be deducted from market value
- 100% making charges & GST will be deducted
Note: Personalized/custom diamonds are not eligible for return.
2. Assured Value Return
Gold Jewellery studded with / Mined Diamonds
- Gold: 100% of prevailing market value
- Diamonds: 100% of Diamond Bill Value
- No cash back
Laboratory Grown Diamonds
- Gold: 100% of prevailing market value
- Diamonds: 80% of Laboratory Grown Diamond Bill Value
- No cash back
3. Ocean Sapphire Upgrade Promise
Gold Jewellery studded with / Mined Diamonds - Conditions
- Making charges will be deducted
- Price difference (if any) to be paid by customer
- Free polishing and repair services for 9KT products
Laboratory Grown Diamonds - Conditions
- Only certified solitaires with laser inscription are eligible
- Free polishing and repair services for 9KT products
- Price difference must be paid at the time of upgrade
4. Cancellation Terms
Orders cancelled after 24 hours will incur 20% cancellation charges. This applies to both categories.
5. Damages & Issues
Report immediately if your item is damaged or incorrect upon delivery for prompt resolution. This applies to both categories.
